Set alarms easily with our integrated alarm clock. Here’s a quick guide and answers to common questions about the alarm feature.
Quick Start: Setting Your Alarm
- Pick Your Time: Use the dropdown menus for Hour, Minute, and (if shown) AM/PM.
- Label It (Optional): Type a description in "Alarm Label".
- Choose Your Sound: Select from the "Sound" dropdown. Click " Test Sound" for a preview.
- Status: When editing, an "Alarm Enabled" checkbox appears. By default, new alarms are enabled.
- Activate: Click "Set Alarm" (or "Update Alarm" if editing).
Managing Your Alarms
Alarms appear in the "Your Alarms" list below:
- On/Off: Use the "Turn On" / "Turn Off" button.
- Edit: Click "Edit".
- Test Sound: Click " Test".
- Share: Click " Share" to open a sharing modal.
- Delete: Click " Delete".
- Delete All: If you have alarms, a " Delete All" button appears above the list.
When an Alarm Rings
A notification will pop up. Choose "Snooze" or "Stop Alarm".

Is Alarm.now free to use?
Yes. Alarm.now is a completely free online alarm clock - No account or download required. Just open the page in any browser.
Will the alarm ring if I close the tab or my computer sleeps?
No. For the alarm to sound, the browser tab must stay open and your device must be awake. Keep the Alarm.now tab open until your alarm time.
Why isn't my alarm making a sound?
Check your device volume, make sure the browser tab isn't muted, and allow sound/notification permissions. Use the Test Sound button to confirm audio works.
Are my alarms saved if I refresh the page?
Yes. Your alarms are stored locally in your browser, so they remain after a refresh on the same device and browser.
Can I set more than one alarm?
Absolutely. Create as many alarms as you like - Each can have its own time, label and sound - And manage them all from My Alarms.
